Chef Lisa Goodwin–Allen To collaborate with Coco Bodu Hithi

Lisa Goodwin-Allen, a renowned and innovative chef in the British culinary scene, has been recognized with the 2022 CATEY Chef of the Year and the AYALA SquareMeal Female Chef of the Year Award. She has been the Executive Chef at Northcote, a Michelin-starred restaurant, since October 2017 and has been leading the kitchen since she was 23 years old.

Lisa's exceptional culinary skills have earned her numerous appearances on high-profile British TV shows such as James Martin's Saturday Morning show and BBC Morning Live. She has also judged and mentored participants on MasterChef: The Professionals and Celebrity MasterChef, and is a veteran judge on BBC1's Great British Menu.

During her residency at Coco Bodu Hithi, Lisa will showcase her culinary expertise with a 6-course menu at the resort's overwater restaurant, Aqua. She will also conduct an exclusive masterclass lunch where guests can learn to create a seafood delicacy under her guidance, and have the opportunity to interact and dine with her during the class.
